Fellow HSS neighbors,

 

Please be advised that small, temporary white metal fences have been placed in the grass area between the back sides of Phase 1 and 2. The fences are there to prevent continued trampling of the saturated turf during the spring season in the hopes of allowing new grass to take hold and allow the area to return to a full lawn.

 

The heavy snow fall, wet conditions, and common walking path to place trash cans caused the muddy, torn up areas. While the protected areas are reseeded, please use the left and right edges of the grass area for movement of trash cans.
